Cold working steel with high alloy and wear resistance
High chromium steel 12%, due to the high volume content of hard
carbide in the structure, has a very high wear resistance and adhesion
wear resistance, good toughness, small size change, high pressure
resistance, secondary hardening, so the related coating
(CVD, PVD, PA-CVD) is very good.
Application:
Cutting and punching tools, cold cutters, windmills and rollers, flow
stamping tools, drawing and bending tools, plates and directional
rollers, fine cutting tools, deep drawing tools, plastic dies for the
processing of abrasive polymers.
Delivery state: annealed 255HB Max. Optimum hardness: HRC58-60
